President Petro engages with Gustavo Pupo-Mayo

September 21st, 2022: TAP sponsored an off-the-record event with President Gustavo Petro in New York. TAP used this opportunity to express TAP’s appreciation for Colombia’s production incentives. President Petro acknowledged the rapid development of the A/V sector and how important it has become to Colombia.

The newly-elected President has prioritized increasing connectivity and access to digital services for low-income individuals. His administration’s focus is on supporting low impact, environmentally friendly industries that bolster tourism.
