BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA: TAP MEETS VICE PRESIDENT VILLARRUEL

TAP Argentina counsel Roxana Kahale and Argentine Vice President Victoria Villarruel

Buenos Aires, August 14^th. TAP’s Argentina counsel Roxana Kahale met with Argentina’s Vice President, Victoria Villarruel, during a private dinner hosted by AS/COA.

The Vice President provided her perspective on the economic reforms the country is undergoing and the strength of the bilateral relationship with the U.S. TAP also participated in the public conference, where President Javier Milei highlighted his government’s success in lowering monthly inflation from 54% when he took office to 2.7% and his commitment to making Argentina more competitive.

Other event participants included Foreign Minister Diana Mondino, Minister of the Interior Guillermo Francos, Minister of Security Patricia Bullrich, Minister of Deregulation and Transformation Federico Sturzenegger, Buenos Aires Chief of Government Jorge Macri, and state governors.
